Woohoo! Time for a marble drop!
Can you build a track where your marble takes a plunge of at least 8 inches (about 20 centimeters)? But wait… there’s more! After the big drop, it has to land safely and keep on rolling! Let’s see what you’ve got! 😄A quick tip before you dive into this challenge:
You might want to take a peek at the Starterset operation manual first if you’d like to brush up on the different starter set components!
Here are the steps:
- Gather straws, marbles, connectors, carriers, mounts and possibly more components.
- Design your track! How are you going to ensure the marble is caught safely?
- Build & test the track.
- Improve the track if necessary to perfect the landing.
- Complete the challenge when the marble falls at least 20 cm and is caught safely, and can continue rolling.
Remember that building a marble run is a process of trial and improvement. Be patient and enjoy the creative adventure.
